These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website drivemebangkok.com and the car rental services provided by DriveMe Bangkok. By using our website or booking a car, you agree to the rules outlined below.
1. General Terms
- DriveMe Bangkok provides car rental services in Bangkok directly or in cooperation with local partners
- The minimum rental period is 1 day
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability on the requested date
2. Driver Requirements
- The minimum driver age is 21 years
- A valid passport or ID and a driving license issued at least 1 year prior are required
- Additional drivers are allowed only with prior approval
3. Payment
- Car rental is available without deposit and without a credit card
- Payment is made upon car collection in cash or by other agreed methods
- Basic insurance is included in the rental price
4. Use of the Vehicle
- The vehicle must be used in accordance with Thai traffic regulations
- It is prohibited to hand over the vehicle to third parties without our consent
- The customer is responsible for fines and violations committed during the rental period
5. Vehicle Return
- The car must be returned at the agreed time and in the same condition as received
- Additional charges may apply for damage or loss of equipment
6. Liability
- DriveMe Bangkok is not liable for indirect damages or expenses arising from the use of the rented vehicle
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental period
7. Changes and Cancellations
- You may cancel your booking free of charge no later than 48 hours before the car collection date
- We reserve the right to change rental terms and rates
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. All disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts at our place of business.
